The Penthouse
Collection

At the top of the triangular tower, where the Capitol View Corridor opens the widest views in downtown Austin. The rarest residences at Fifth & West Residences.

Only a handful of homes sit above the thirtieth floor. From up here, the city, the lake, and the hill country are not a view. They are the walls.

Why the top floors

The corridor that shaped the tower shaped these views

Fifth & West is triangular because state law protects the Capitol View Corridor that crosses the site. On the upper floors, that geometry pays off in glass: open sightlines to the Capitol, the hill country, Lady Bird Lake, and the Colorado River, with almost nothing in the way. It is the reason the top residences command a premium, and the reason they rarely last.
